Catchlight Camera Club, Belfast, comes in 3rd in the
FIAP World Cup for Clubs 2023
We were absolutely delighted to be have been placed 3rd in the 2023 FIAP World Cup out of 226 clubs from 45 countries! We are still amazed at what our small club can achieve, locally, nationally (both in Ireland and in GB) and internationally. Only 1 point behind Wigan 10 in 2nd place, (huge congratulations to them), this will of course motivate us even more for our 2024 entry! Overall winners were from the Russian Federation 'New World'. True to our ethos of 'all for one and one for all' this is a success for every member of our club whether or not their images were used in this entry. We are only as good as the sum of our parts and we are grateful to every member who is committed to and contributes to the club. Out of the entry of 20 images (from 12 authors) we had an impressive 14 images (from 10 authors) selected for the World Cup Exhibition. We hope you enjoy viewing them all below.
